The DIS Lab regularly recruits undergraduate students to support lab activities as research assistants. Our RAs work closely with graduate students and Dr. Illingworth. While RAs are initially tasked with running participants, additional training is available to motivated undergrads who take an interest in our work. RAs typically receive course credit (PSY 499) for their involvement in the DIS Lab. Grades depend on the completion of lab tasks and the dependability of the individual.
To join the DIS lab, download the application linked below. Follow the instructions detailed in the document and submit it during the semester prior to your desired start date. Applications are reviewed beginning Dec. 1 for Fall applicants and May 1 for Spring applicants. Decisions are made prior to the end of the semester, though late additions are possible.
